Unofficialy, as a non-newsflash, this is the alternative flag (+ the one with red and blue reversed). I really like it how you've done the shadows and how the colours are very... uhm, dark-ish. Oh, and the coat of arms on it: really beautiful!
However, Chad and Andorra can simply dream about this change. Whether it's vertical or horizontal, the blue-yellow-red has always been ours since ancient Dacia.
