Description

The Union between Turkey, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia and Romania, is an alliance of military and technological cooperation. Basically, the union plans to protect in case of war, foreign vessels inlays Black Sea. Following a union of the Black Sea, the 5 coastal states to extend this decadal union with Cyprus and Azerbaijan and to internationalize the technological development.

Looks like an extension of the current military alliance between Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, with Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey added into the mix. How come Moldova is not a founding member?
